The AdderLink X100 CAT5 USB KVM Extender is a short haul (extending no more than 330 feet), fully featured, keyboard, video and mouse extender for USB computers. It has industry leading resolutions of 1600 x 1200, fully support DDC, self brightness correction and a high level of signal compensation that allows for a greatly increased range of very smooth and fine adjustments.
The AdderLink X Series USB KVM Extender with Audio will extend your high quality audio and video up to 360 feet over CAT5 cable and is designed to provide industry leading compatibility and high rack densities. Additional features include:
- Video performance - Industry leading resolutions of 1600 x 1200 are achievable at 120m/360ft.
- USB support - The X-USB extends full bandwidth USB 1.1 allowing all USB compatible accessories to be extended.
- USB hub - The receiver unit has a built in 4 port USB hub to enable a complete desktop to be located remotely, including a keyboard, monitor, mouse, disk drive, flash memory stick, webcam, and any other device that would normally be plugged into your computer’s USB port.
- Video compensation - The AdderLink X-USB applies a high level of signal compensation that allows for a superb video quality at maximum distance.
- Emulated DDC - Unless an extender actively supports DDC some well-known high performance video cards cannot be used at high resolutions. The AdderLink X-USB fully supports DDC.
- Audio - Audio transmission delivers high fidelity stereo audio for speakers and microphones
- Rack options - Both transmitter and receiver units can be used stand-alone or up to 16 units can be mounted into a 2U chassis.
