| Un-Opened Products |
You can return un-opened products to us for credit or replacement.
Un-opened product is defined as sealed and in the same condition the day you received it from us and should be in a re-sale condition as intended by the manufacturer because all returns are sent back to the manufacturer regardless of their condition.
You can return an un-opened product to us within 30 Calendar Days from the day you receive the product from us ( example we ship the product to you on March 1st and you receive it on March 5th then you have up to April 5th to request an RMA #).
- Return Merchandize Authorization Required
Before returning any product to us you need an RMA # (Return Merchandize Authorization). You can request an RMA # by submitting a request on-line using
this form OR you can call us Toll-Free 1-800-586-7948.
An RMA # will be emailed to you after requesting it.
RMA # is valid for 10 Calendar Days from the day we email it to you
- Returned Product Condition
If we receive your return and its not in the condition you described to us before we issued the return authorization we will reject the return and send it back to you and charge you the shipping for it.
- RMA # Expiration Date
RMA # is valid for 10 days from the day we email it to you. If we do not receive the return on or before the return authorization, we will reject the return and send it back at your expense.
- Re-Stocking Fee
We charge a 15% from the total of the products returned as a Re-Stocking Fee

You can return opened defective products to us for replacement only.
Opened Defective product is defined as defective out of the box from the manufacturer.
You can return a defective product to us within 30 Calendar Days from the day you receive the product from us ( example we ship the product to you on March 1st and you receive it on March 5th then you have up to April 5th to request an RMA #).

Opened non-Defective product is defined as that is opened but not defective.
