- If you received an out of the box defective product, damaged in shipping product you can return it to us for replacement within 30 days from the day you received it.
- Every return must have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization), you can request an RMA by logging into our Customer Center or you can call us to request one by phone.
- We will email you an RMA either with a return label at our expense or an RMA to return it at your expense (depending on the product).
- Once we receive your returned product, we will ship your replacement at no charge to you.
- We will ship your replacement in the same method of shipment that your original order was shipped example if you paid for Expedited Shipping on the original item then will ship the replacement using expedited shipping.
- If you would like for us to cross-ship the replacement to you, we will authorize your credit card for the amount of that product till we receive the return.
- We do not provide a return label for orders outside the US 48 states (that include Canada, International Customers, APO, Alaska, Hawaii, puerto Rico and Guam).
