This serial control device features one digital input and one digital output. You can use the input to control high-to-low and low-to-high transitions, and keep track of the projector's on/off state. The output is useful for controlling external devices like projection screens or the lighting in the presentation area.
You can also use this controller to prioritize several different video inputs like PCs, notebooks, VCRs, DVDs, video cameras, and digital cameras.
Distance isn't a problem either. The dual VGA splitter can drive a signal up to 150 feet (45.7 m), so you can use the controller as a line extender, too.
