What is an IP KVM Switch?
IP KVM switches allow a single user to access and control multiple computers using a single keyboard, video monitor, and mouse. Using sophisticated video capture devices, and mouse and keyboard emulation, you can experience near-real time computer performance, anywhere in the world. The main advantage IP KVMs have over its substitutes is that, once installed, you can access all computers hooked up to the switch from any computer in the world. Most user interfaces are browser based, but we do offer a few products with proprietary software that does allow better results.

BIOS accessibility

Most IP KVM switches are hooked into the power system to allow the user access to BIOS boot functions. This is a huge advantage that these types of KVMs have over Virtual Network Computing.  Using this KVM you can administer your servers from half way around the world, with just as much control as if you were right there.
